No. Most clients leave a key, a code or a hidden spot, and we agree it once. If you'd rather be there the first time, that's fine too.
Nothing. I bring all the products, cloths, mop and vacuum. If you want me to use a specific product because of allergies, just leave it out and tell me.
Yes, and I can send you the certificate. If anything gets damaged, it's covered — that's the whole reason I pay for it.
Not as a fee — but the first clean is almost always a deep clean, because a house that hasn't been professionally cleaned takes longer. I'll tell you which one you need before quoting.
Tell me 24 hours before and there's no charge. Same day cancellations are charged at half, because that slot usually can't be filled.
Send one text with your address and the size of the house. You'll have a number back the same day.
